In this core-focused class, we will get that heart rate up and those abs shaking with the help of your body weight and the TRX system. All levels are welcome to enjoy the burn.

It’s a Life Cycle mash up! Thirty minutes on the bike, 30 minutes of strength training. It’s the perfect combination of cardio and functional training. Get ready to crank it into high gear! All levels are welcome to enjoy the challenge.

INSANITY® LIVE is challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow—but the workout WILL challenge you and change you. Show up ready to give it your all, just when you feel like your body is about to max out on certain movements, you're saved by the bell and it's time for the next block of moves. Plus, all moves will always be modified so you can work up to your own best level.
Get ready to get low! This booty-burning, leg-leaning class will challenge you from the waist down using the TRX system and your own body weight. Want to be able to attack that hill in your next Life Cycle Signature class? Or maybe you just want to stretch your legs from sitting at a desk all day? Whatever it is, this class will kick it into gear. All levels are welcome to enjoy the butt-kicking.
Shoulders, back, biceps, triceps - it’s all covered in this class! Using the TRX straps, you’ll push, pull, and hang your way to a toned upper body. Supplement your Life Cycle Signature classes with this training for a full-body pay-off. All levels are welcome to enjoy the flex.
While this is a great class for beginners to yoga, all levels are challenged in this class by their own movements and modifications. Come one, come all and experience the mental and physical effects of yoga. It is a great complement to the Life Cycle Signature classes and will truly round out your fitness practice. All levels are welcome to enjoy the inner-peace. Room is not heated.
This yoga class is all about using the rhythm of your breath to create flow, heat, and centeredness in your practice. Achieve a revitalization while improving your strength and flexibility in this energetic form of yoga. All levels are welcome to enjoy the flow. The room may be warmed to 85 degrees.

What Are Classes Like?


Fusion Cycle/Yoga - 30 minute Freestyle Ryde + 45 min Yoga to wind you up and relax you way down! – Meet with Brent and Golnar on Monday nights at 6:30 pm and Aimee and Golnar on Friday’s at 10:30 am.

Road Ryde – Join our “Drill Instructor” Maria for an all-out, no frills ryde; this former USA Cycling coach doesn’t need a microphone or screen to hold your attention! This class focuses on the fundamentals of road riding and is great riders of all levels who want to learn proper technique.

Real Ryde - Ride with us as we traverse different routes all over the world! From the mountain to the desert to the sea, these classes use our big screen and fun, energetic music. This class is great for all fitness levels and focuses on developing and maintaining good form.

Freestyle Ryde – Turn, climb and run along to upbeat music and awesome routes on our big screen. These non-technical rydes are a great way to see what RealRyder bikes can really do!


Who Teaches Class?

Founder/Instructor: Golnar Sharafsaleh has over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds several national certifications. Her passion for indoor cycling started over 10 years ago. After dealing with several medical issues and undergoing numerous surgeries over the years, she has always used indoor cycling to recover and rebuild her strength. Her passion is to train and work with cancer survivors. She believes that the impossible is always possible and sometimes you just need to borrow a little strength from those around you. Her vision for LIfeCycle is to build a community where everyone feels empowered and can find a purpose in the moment. She believes if you can find purpose in every moment, you will eventually find the "why" in the fight to survive.

Rachel is classically trained in ballet with 14 years in the Honolulu Ballet Theater and was a National Cheer/Dance competitor before leaving Hawaii to pursue her business degree in Miami. While in Miami, Rachel fused her love of dance with with her passion for fitness and received her Pole Fitness Certification before discovering Body and Soul Fitness...and Real Ryder bikes!! A NEW passion ignited, and she was inspired to get her Real Ryder Instructor Certification before moving up to Westport to be closer to family. She loves Real Ryder bikes so much that she refuses to ride on any other kind of indoor bike! Her goal is to inspire her students to push themselves past their comfort zone and most importantly have FUN (She is always open to song requests, so feel free to suggest some great music with awesome beats). When she is not in the studio, she is a Director of Operations for a technology company and seeking her Real Estate License.

Instructor Maria Vlasak has taught indoor cycling for almost 20 years and managed a RealRyder studio for 5 of them. She is a three-time Team USA member and brought home a bronze medal from the ITU Duathlon World Championships. Closer to home, Maria was a Category 3 women’s road racer and won the Tour de Greenwich in 2005. She is also an above-average bowler, an excellent speller, and can recite all 50 states in alphabetical order. Maria teaches a true cycling class: no videos, no hand weights, no push-ups, no jumps. So, whether you’re an experienced bike racer or a new rider, if you want an intense, efficient, and safe workout, Maria’s class is for you.

Instructor Keri Harden left the finance world in 2007 and never looked back. An athlete all her life she took to triathlons and cycling as a means of keeping up her fitness. As a 5x Ironman athlete and two-time IM All-World Athlete she’ll challenge you to work out of your comfort zone. This mom of three will help inspire and motivate you to do the best you possibly can each time you step into a class. She is a MAD DOG certified cycling instructor and CPR/AED certified.
