She teaches an energetic open level vinyasa flow class that offers something for everyone. Whether you are just startling a yoga practice or you have been practicing for years - you will feel comfortable, safe and if you choose - challenged, in her class.

Yoga - Vinyasa
While this is a great class for beginners to yoga, all levels are challenged in this class by their own movements and modifications. Come one, come all and experience the mental and physical effects of yoga. It is a great complement to the Life Cycle Signature classes and will truly round out your fitness practice. All levels are welcome to enjoy the inner-peace. Room is not heated.
Yoga - Warm Power Vinyasa
This yoga class is all about using the rhythm of your breath to create flow, heat, and centeredness in your practice. Achieve a revitalization while improving your strength and flexibility in this energetic form of yoga. All levels are welcome to enjoy the flow. The room may be warmed to 85 degrees.
