  • This yoga class is all about using the rhythm of your breath to create flow, heat, and centeredness in your practice. Achieve a revitalization while improving your strength and flexibility in this energetic form of yoga. All levels are welcome to enjoy the flow. The room may be warmed to 85 degrees.
