RYT 200, Caroline was first attracted to the physical aspect of yoga in 2009. Along her journey, she received so much more than just a workout. In time, yoga became a part of Caroline’s daily routine. Through the practice of asana, she learned to be present and enjoy being in the moment. She learned determination and she learned forgiveness. She learned to let go of what doesn’t serve her and made the decision to leave the entertainment industry after 10 years. Yoga has given her not only physical strength, but also the mental strength to discover her passions.

In 2015, Caroline received her 200 HR Teaching Certification from YogaWorks, NY studying with Jodie Rufty. She is currently back in school working towards her 2nd career as an Occupational Therapist.

Her classes balance precise instruction and flowing movement aligned with breath. She hopes to encourage her students to have fun and enjoy the journey of yoga wherever it may lead.
