Life Cycle is thrilled to introduce fitness classes for all stages of motherhood, from prenatal to postnatal. Your pre-crawler is always welcome in class.

Prenatal
Pregnancy is a unique and beautiful time. You get to grow an entire new human while experiencing such joys as nausea, back pain, varicose veins, and more. Prenatal Yoga can help alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy. It is also a wonderful way to commune with your growing child (belly), prepare yourself for labor, and meet other expecting moms.

Mommy & Me
Life with a newborn is tough, so Life Cycle has created a new mom fitness program. Bring your pre-crawler along to meet other new moms and workout. Our routines are a combination of mat and cycling. Workouts are 45 minutes and all fitness levels are welcome.

Who Teaches Class?

Founder/Instructor: Golnar Sharafsaleh has over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds several national certifications. Her passion for indoor cycling started over 10 years ago. After dealing with several medical issues and undergoing numerous surgeries over the years, she has always used indoor cycling to recover and rebuild her strength. Her passion is to train and work with cancer survivors. She believes that the impossible is always possible and sometimes you just need to borrow a little strength from those around you. Her vision for LIfeCycle is to build a community where everyone feels empowered and can find a purpose in the moment. She believes if you can find purpose in every moment, you will eventually find the "why" in the fight to survive.

Charlotte studied Interdisciplinary Yoga and Pranassage at the Nosara Yoga Institute Costa Rica where she got her 300hr certification. As a Nosara Yoga Teacher, she is a yogi who is forever learning and applying the knowledge to her daily life and to her yoga teaching. She stands in what she knows and offers that to others, not as the final authority or Truth, but as the experience. She asks her students to experiment with her teachings; connecting breath with movement, using assists, and fun techniques combined with meditation to enhance relaxation and overall results which she finds to tap into the multidimensional self and awareness of consciousness. Charlotte has also been a licensed massage therapist since 2007, specializing in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Trigger point therapy. Her latest venture has been into the world of Mommy and Me Yoga where she gives new mommies a special opportunity to bond with their babies, while both helping the babies stretch and learn techniques to help stimulate their systems and helping mom tighten up and regain strength and muscle control post pregnancy. She is forever curious to know other perspectives, enjoys being the student of many different traditions or disciplines and is curious and fascinated with the cutting edge sciences from medicine to quantum physics, from neurobiology to psychoemotional psychology.

RAEMA SALMON is a certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor and has been teaching Yoga and Meditation as well as prenatal and postnatal yoga for 18 years. Raema believes that the practice of Yoga and Meditation is a superb doorway to deep physical and mental healing, relaxation, strength, flexibility and stamina of body and mind, and has studied Yoga Therapy and Conscious Communication to assist the healing of body, mind and spirit.

Raema is also a Natural Health and Wellness coach and teaches Nutritional education to businesses, organizations and groups - including mom's groups - to help them understand that if they learn to take care of themselves, they will have more energy and creativity to bring to the workplace, family and their lives.
